Our cleaners arrive shortly after, so an on-time departure helps the next guests enjoy the same welcome you did. No need to strip beds or do laundry — our cleaners handle all linens and towels.
Load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
Take trash and recycling down to the removal room, to the right of the garage entrance.
Close and lock all windows; make sure the patio door is fully closed and locked.
Turn off all lights and the fireplace; turn the heat down to 60°F (in summer, make sure it’s off).
Log out of your streaming accounts on the TVs.
Leave the garage remote and parking tag in the condo where you found them.
Press the “lock” button on the entry keypad as you leave.
