Things to Do

The lake, five ski resorts, trails and year-round adventure — right outside your door.

🏾 The Lake & Around Town

Dillon Marina

The highest deep-water marina in North America, minutes from the door. Rent a pontoon, kayak, or paddleboard, book a sailing tour, or grab a drink at the Tiki Bar.

🎪

Dillon Amphitheatre

A lakeside open-air venue a short walk away — summer concerts, festivals, and free movies on the water. Many events are free; schedule at dillonamp.com.

🌿

Farmers Market (Fridays)

One of the best in the Rockies, practically at your doorstep — mid-June to mid-September, ~9 AM–2 PM. ~100 vendors, Colorado peaches, local honey, and live music.

🏹

Dillon Town Park

A newly renovated park an easy walk away: free pickleball & tennis, playgrounds, a climbing wall, and open green space.

🚴

Lakeside Rec Path

Pick up the paved, car-free path steps from the condo and ride or walk to Frisco, Keystone, or all the way to Breckenridge.

🎳

Elevation Bowl

A casual downtown bowling alley with arcade games, food & drinks — an easy walk and a great snowy-day plan.

📸

Sapphire Point Overlook

A short, easy walk to one of the best views of Lake Dillon and the peaks — the sunset photo you’ll want.

🛴

Old Dillon Reservoir Trail

A family-friendly ~1-mile hike with sweeping views of the lake and the Gore & Tenmile ranges.

🐌

Lily Pad Lake Trail

A moderate ~3-mile forest hike to two alpine lakes beneath Buffalo Mountain — wildflowers and good moose odds.
